1Clinical Appointments & Cancellations
Hijama and Ruqyah Shariah sessions are scheduled slots. Patients must arrive on time. If a home service is chosen, a travel fee may apply depending on the location. Rescheduling or cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
2Theological and Wellness Disclaimer
All wellness treatments, prophetic remedies, and advice offered are based on Islamic theological literature (Tibb An-Nabawi) and holistic natural therapies. They are not intended as substitutes for professional clinical medical advice, diagnostics, or operations from qualified doctors. Always consult a healthcare provider for physical ailments.
3E-Commerce & Supplements Policy
We take utmost care to ensure the purity and authenticity of our organic prophetic foods, such as rosemary toner, pure oils, and dry herbs. Product prices and availability are subject to change. Shipping timelines and return/exchange inquiries are processed in accordance with our return guidelines.
4Patient Conduct & Safety
We strictly adhere to Islamic code and local healthcare regulations. This includes maintaining complete male-to-male and female-to-female therapist policies for Hijama. Staff safety and clinical environment hygiene must be respected at all times.
